Step 1:
In the first step, gather an separate bowl, fill that bowl with warm water and input the ground pork to have some of the bacteria killed from purchasing from the grocery store. And also defrosting the ground pork. Next as the ground pork is being defrosted gather your chopping board and chef's knife. Gather your 5 bunches of bok choy and 1 case of mushrooms and 1 bag filled with green beans to have it prepared to be choped.

Step 2:
In the second step first of all chop the string beans, having to hold the bean at an angle carefully chop the both ends and slice about 1 ½ inch leaving four pieces for pieces for each bean continuous with all the remaining beans. Next for the bok choy chop the bottom off for each and then carefully chop them inch by inch apart until all the leaves are chopped up as well; then put it in an separate bowl. Then as for the mushrooms carefully slice them in half and then set them in an another separate bowl. Now in the Final Step gather the frying pan and place it on the stove. Turning on the stove at an low flame gather about 2 ¼ table spoon of margarine or butter and place it in the frying pan, give about 5 minutes to melt in the pan. As soon as the pan gets hot as well as the melted butter carefully add the 3 pieces of chopped garlic on the pan and using the oven mitten to hold the pan and using the wooden spatula to mix the garlic. Then calculate about 3 ½ minutes then add about 2 ½ pounds of ground pork and carefully spread the ground pork thoroughly the pan and mix with the onions and garlic.
